This part was made in collaboration with @iscargermany. It shows high-quality machining of a housing for semiconductor equipment made on a Hermle C 52 using Regofix holders and Lenzke fixturing. The material is EN AW-5083. Excellent surface finishes and high accuracy are crucial to produce such parts. hyperMILL helps achieving those high qualities and it also accelerates programming processes significantly using its Feature & Macro Technology as seen in the video

Afgelopen woensdag was het dan zo ver! Connected Machining op een Grob 350. Met Connected Machining wordt hyperMILL verbonden met de machine. De verbinding gaat twee kanten op waardoor hyperMILL op de machine, nulpunten en gereedschappen kan controleren. Met Connected machining laden we het programma in de besturing, zetten we de machine in de programma afloop modus en starten we het programma op de machine. Vanaf de PC! This video shows a case study of the alignment and machining of an additively manufactured part. In cooperation with the technical university of Munich and the company AWM. The goal of the case study was to find a reliable process for automatic part alignment of 3D printed parts. Digitalisering op de werkvloer – Gestructureerde productiegegevens van ERP naar de machine. ToolDIRECTOR ondersteunt het gereedschapsbeheerproces en is ingebed in de IT van de werkvloer.
