To improve coating effectivity in marine and trailer applications, sharp edges on frameparts are rounded by machining. This manual process can be automated by processing the geometry of randomly lying parts. Not only quality improves, so does cycle-time, consistency and working-circumstances get better. This is a demo, in the final setup, parts can be placed freely and do not need to be teached.
