As the Department Manager Cleanrooms NPI at you’ll be ensuring excellent manufacturing results in our cleanroom facilities. You’ll oversee quality, cost assessment, productivity, and more, all while providing inspirational leadership to a team of six direct reports and influencinga network of around 100 indirect reports.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team of 6 Team Leaders/Assistant Managers, while indirectly guiding a workforce of around 100 finest mechanics with various skills.
  • Drive customer performance and efficiency through effective team management and support.
  • Develop and monitor budgets for cleanroom production and cleaning operations.
  • Uphold high standards of safety, quality, on-time delivery, and efficiency.
  • Optimize personnel management, including recruitment, training, and skill development.
  • Collaborate with NPI managers to ensure smooth project implementation and capacity planning.
  • Champion Lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strive for a balance between short-term results and long-term optimization.
  • Integrate new technical and technological advancements into production processes.

If you’re a decisive, tenacious leader with 5-10 years of managerial experience, a background in Lean manufacturing, and you believe that clear communication is key, we would like to hear from you! Experience in cleanroom production is a plus, as is certification as a Black Belt or Green Belt.
