Our Marketing department is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our company’s marketing initiatives by developing and executing effective marketing and communications plan and activities that reach and engage target audiences. This role can be based anywhere in the BNL.

Tasks in detail:

In this position, you will develop and execute marketing and communications plan and activities that meet the company’s strategic goals and objectives. You have a strong focus on demand generation and pipeline building. The job holder cooperates with local sales, regional and global marketing teams as well as creative and digital marketing and event specialists. You will be responsible for the external communication of assigned programs and have a key role in achieving commercial goals. You will manage budgets, analyse campaign results, and optimize programs to improve the performance. In this position you will report directly to the regional Marketing and Communications Lead.

More precisely, this role consists of:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. email, social media, digital advertising, events, etc.)
  • Creating and managing project timelines, planning and budgets
  • Analysing campaign performance metrics and using data to optimise programs
  • Developing and managing relationships with vendors and partners
  • Developing content and messaging for marketing materials
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

We are looking for a trained specialist who is proficient in the entire 360 marketing mix and has proven digital marketing experience to drive MQL generation for strong marketing contribution to the revenue.

The main skills required for this position are the following:

  • A relevant education, e.g. communication, completed with a bachelor and/or master degree
  • At least 3 years of work experience in similar roles
  • Proven integrated campaign management experience
  • Proficiency in digital marketing experience is required – best practice and delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of B2B Marketing
  • Familiar with Pardot/SFDC as well as leads process management, leads scoring, nurturing scenarios, data management
  • Experience in delivering Google Ads and Social media campaigns
  • Ability to analyse data, measure marketing program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions is essential. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) is highly valued
  • Besides Swedish, you have an excellent knowledge of English, orally and in writing, knowledge of any other European languages is an advantage
  • Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the BNL.
