ASML-spinout Invisix haalt 20 miljoen op om chips door röntgenmachine te halen
Invisix, een spinout van ASML, heeft twintig miljoen euro opgehaald om chips te kunnen inspecteren op een voorheen niet te behalen detailniveau. De Eindhovense startup gebruikt ‘zachte’ röntgenstraling om 3D-structuren in chips te meten die voor optische tools onzichtbaar zijn geworden.
