Brecon Cleanroom Systems B.V. is part of the Brecon Group in Tilburg. We specialise in the design and construction of dust-free, germ-proof cleanroom systems. We offer our services to clients in the semiconductor, food and pharmaceutical industries. Today the Brecon Group has a range of disciplines, carried out at various business sites. Our head office is situated in Etten-Leur, together with the centre of all our construction activities: the general operations office. Here, our construction staff carry out their day-to-day work of designing, planning, purchasing and costing cleanroom technology. The team leaders at the various project sites are managed from Etten-Leur.
Within the Brecon Group we manufacture all our windows, window frames, doors and ceiling systems in-house. This explains why quality and flexibility are our unique selling points!
Brecon Cleanroom Systems ‘When the right conditions are critical’
To deliver a cleanroom well to the client, Brecon and any construction partner who may be involved, must ensure that their wishes and options are perfectly aligned. To help the parties to reach an agreement, Brecon is happy to give advice about built structures and the most appropriate construction choices for walls, doors, floors and ceilings.
Various systems of cleanroom walls are available. They differ in their use of materials and levels of finishing. A cleanroom wall has a modular construction. Sealed wall, glass and access modules are interchangeable.
In every respect, cleanroom doors satisfy the requirements applying to classified areas. They close perfectly, have a smooth surface and are easy to clean. As well as supplying and installing your cleanroom doors, Brecon can advise you about models, dimensions and materials.
Cleanroom ceiling systems are categorised as those that can be walked on and those that cannot. As with wall systems, finishing, sustainability and air density are important characteristics. The advantage of a system that can be walked on is that it greatly simplifies the maintenance of filters, lighting and other installations.
Brecon kan verschillende raampartijen leveren, er kan worden gekozen uit standaard maten en uitvoeringen of “klant specifiek” maten en uitvoeringen. De unit vraagt een lage investering en biedt hoge flexibiliteit en is bovendien snel en eenvoudig te installeren. De SRBA Group heeft per 22 oktober 2024 een meerderheidsbelang van 60% verworven in het Amerikaanse bouwbedrijf Corporate Construction Inc., gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, engineering en bouwen van cleanroom faciliteiten, in de ruimste zin van het woord. Met deze strategische deelname onderstreept SRBA haar groeistrategie en versterkt haar aanwezigheid in de internationale Controlled Environment-markt, met een focus op de Hightech- en Lifescience- sectoren. De ambitie om de wereldwijde omzet te laten groeien en de 100 miljoen euro te overstijgen is door deze ontwikkeling nog voor 2025 behaald. Bekijk deze video voor meer uitleg.

Ik was 12 jaar toen ik tegen pap zei: ik ga later jouw bedrijf leiden. Ik was heel stellig, het voelde voor mij heel natuurlijk, op jonge leeftijd al. Als kleuter liep ik wekelijks met een helm op over bouwplaatsen. Als tiener rekende ik bouwtekeningen uit: aantallen meters metalstudwanden of gipswanden. Pap gaf me vertrouwen. We are proud to announce that SRBA Group Controlled Environments has delivered the first cleanroom for the Aalberts Group in Vessem, in collaboration with ABN Cleanroom Technology NV. This cleanroom, with a surface area of approximately 200m², will be used by the Lamers High Tech Systems business unit and is the start of a multifunctional cleanroom location where several parts of the Aalberts group will be active in the long term. The cleanroom is to be realised in KMWE’s facility at Brainport Industries Campus and covers 540 m2 with heights of partly 6.5 meter. The modulair wall- and ceiling design is related to the semi-conductor industry and the facillity will be partly AMC controlled. In a part of the cleanroom a 5 ton Mennens crane will be installed. Om te kunnen voldoen aan de groeiende vraag uit de GMP-markt heeft Lavans B.V. geïnvesteerd in een hoogkwalitatieve cleanroom waarin, met de laatste stand der techniek op het gebied van wasmachines en drogers, het wassen van cleanroom kleding conform de geldende eisen plaats kan vinden. Brecon en Muller Afbouw Groep zijn op 1 februari 2023 gefuseerd onder de nieuwe naam SRBA Group. De afkorting van het nieuwe bedrijf staat voor Smart Reliable Building Achievements ofwel Slimme Betrouwbare Bouwprestaties.
