Automated Metalworking Fluid Management
Our proprietary Petrofill Brix-Control™ system automatically monitors coolant concentration at individual CNC machines and adjusts fluid replenishment accordingly. By maintaining stable operating conditions, the system reduces manual intervention, improves process consistency and supports reliable, unattended manufacturing.
Centralized Oil Mist Extraction and Air Management
MP Solutions designs and implements individual and centralized extraction systems for CNC machining environments. Our centralized solutions extract oil mist, heat and moisture directly from machine enclosures. When integrated with ventilation and climate control, they contribute to cleaner production environments, improved thermal stability and reduced HVAC energy demand.
Filtration and Temperature Control
We supply filtration and temperature-control solutions for metalworking fluids, supporting consistent fluid quality, thermal stability and reliable machining performance. Our systems can be integrated into both individual machines and centralized installations.
Wire EDM Technology and Consumables
Through our extensive expertise in electrical discharge machining, we supply high-performance EDM wires, filtration systems, deionization resins and precision components. We support customers in optimizing cutting speed, contour accuracy, surface quality and process stability.
