Verder bieden wij CNC boren / frezen voor pcb’s, FR4, carbonfiber etc. Standaard- en Kelvin-meting (4-punts meting) om de kwaliteit van pcb’s op niet destructieve wijze te testen. Printed circuit boards consist of materials that absorb moisture; some materials absorb more than other. At the moment the printed circuit board is soldered the entrapped moisture vaporize very quickly creating an internal pressure in the PCB. This internal pressure during soldering can result in delamination of the layers. Lead free soldering did make PCBs even more sensitive due the higher solder process temperatures needed for the lead-free soldering process. Read more

Selectief solderen voor de pth’s gebeurt onder stikstof om zo min mogelijk oxidatie te krijgen. Wij programmeren het fluxen zodanig, dat de kleine druppels flux daar komen, waar we ze hebben willen, namelijk zo diep mogelijk in de pth’s.

In order to be able to guarantee the best possible quality, chemical cleaning of the printed circuit boards is an option. Cleaning minimizes the CAF (Conductive Anodic Filament) and is needed when the pcb(a) is treated with conformal coating. Chemical cleaning takes place before wire bonding and ensures a reliable operation of the boards. The pcb´s last production step is the optical inspection. On request, the boards can also be AOI (SAKI) inspected before the final optical inspection. Read more

In electronics conductivity is important but isolation also. Electrical isolation but also thermal isolation is as important. Om een kwalitatief hoogwaardige printplaat te kunnen leveren, bieden wij aan de printplaten chemisch te laten reinigen. Reiniging minimaliseert de CAF (Conductive Anodic Filament) en is nodig wanneer de pcba wordt behandeld met conformal coating. Reiniging vindt plaats vóór de wirebonding en zorgt voor een optimale kwaliteit en lange levensduur van de pcba.
Als laatste productie stap worden de pcba’s optisch geïnspecteerd. Op aanvraag van de klant kunnen de pcba’s ook vóór de laatste optische inspectie AOI (SAKI) worden geïnspecteerd.

Om problemen te kunnen vinden en analyseren, hebben wij besloten om te investeren in een eigen laboratorium. Deze service staat open voor al onze klanten. Het is altijd goed om te weten en te kunnen zien wat de oorzaak van een probleem is. Deze service maakt oa gebruik van microsectie, röntgen tot SEM en X-ray micro-analyse. Lees verder
