Your responsibilities

Develop and refine detailed engineering designs, 3D models, and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with Class and Flag regulations as well as internal specifications
Perform structural assessments, including FEM and stress analysis, weight control, and budgeting
Identify and resolve technical challenges with innovative, practical solutions
Act as the link between Engineering and Production, ensuring smooth alignment in design and build processes
Collaborate closely with senior engineers, project leads, and production teams to deliver results on time and to the highest standards

What you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Engineer in shipbuilding or, preferably, yacht building
Proven knowledge of Siemens NX, 3D AutoCAD, Teamcenter, and Cadmatic
Strong background in structural design, hull engineering, exterior integration, and equipment installation
Knowledge of FEM analysis, stress calculations, weight control, and budgeting
Deep understanding of yacht production and construction processes
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a strong drive for quality and precision
