Mission

The Inside Sales Specialist will liaise with our sales management team and customers to maximise our customer service internally and externally in terms of order processing.

Main responsibilitie

  • Manage order entry
  • Detect and create new opportunities
  • Prepare and send quotes, first level price negotiations, receive and process customer orders
  • Help customers and distributors define the right products to meet their needs, helping them solve any issues
  • Establish offers on our products
  • Process order documentation: manage return of goods, repairs, and customer complaints
  • Control and follow the delivery process
  • Maintain rapport with suppliers; credit control; stores/despatch; customers
  • Coordination of retrofit activities and service engineers´ agendas
  • Exchange information with the sales team for the associated customer accounts ensuring customer & company satisfaction
  • Be aware of and adhere to relevant company procedures

 Requirements

  • Technical and/or commercial diploma, experience preferably in a commercial environment in B2B, technical products and industrial sector
  • Valuable experience in a sales department with a full understanding of the management of customer orders
  • Proficient use of: Sage Line 1000; CRM; ERP software
  • Relevant review applications
  • Proficient level of Dutch
  • Fluent English
  • Teamwork mind
  • Results-oriented, ready to go the extra mile
  • Self-motivated and well organised
  • Adaptable, sense of responsibility, flexible and open-minded
  • Communication skills: able to work in changing environments while constantly interacting and sharing information
