Alpheon meerderheidsaandeelhouder Hittech Group

De oprichters en aandeelhouders van Hittech Group hebben een meerderheid van de aandelen verkocht aan Alpheon. Deze investeringsmaatschappij moet de groep de financiële rugdekking geven om te investeren in verdere groei.
