Onlangs heeft de Eerste Kamer de Wet toelating terbeschikkingstelling arbeidskrachten (Wtta) aangenomen. Met deze wet komen er strengere regels voor de arbeidsmarkt wanneer sprake is van uitlening. Uitzendbureaus en andere partijen die werknemers uitlenen mogen dit alleen nog doen als zij hiervoor een vergunning hebben. Door de wet worden werknemers, met name arbeidsmigranten, beter beschermd.
