Hoge raad bevetigt dat bezorgers van maaltijdplatform Deliveroo werkten op basis van een arbeidsovereenkomst en kleurt toetsingskader arbeidsrelatie nader in. Op vrijdag 24 maart heeft de Hoge Raad geoordeeld dat bezorgers van Deliveroo werkzaam waren op basis van een arbeidsovereenkomst.
