Automatische Optische Inspectie (AOI)
De Marantz 22X DL AOI inspecteert SMD componenten o.a. op aanwezigheid, type, polariteit, offset en tekst. Tevens biedt hij de mogelijkheid op 2-D soldeerpasta inspectie. Hij beschikt over een high-speed digitale XGA kleuren camera, en analyseert via synthetische beeldvorming. Tevens wordt de Marantz gebruikt voor de eerste artikel inspectie.
