Dit staalproduct maken wij in grote aantallen (circa 75.000 stuks op jaarbasis)
Volledig automatisch op onze draai/ frees combinatie waarna wij deze op voorraad houden, totdat deze digitaal afgeroepen worden door onze klant. Bij VDM durven wij dus voorraadhoudend te werken voor onze klanten. Ons logistieke proces is derhalve ingericht op Next Day of in sommige gevallen zelfs Same Day bezorging. Fully automated bending
At VDM we have recently installed and commissioned our fully automated bending machine.This machine is for making complex bends on round bars without any interruption, you just need to refill the (hopper) feeder once in a while. See our full process in the movie.
