Nitrogen purging is an air-cleaning method commonly used in many different industries, like Oil&Gas, Food industry and Semiconductor industry. Especially semiconductor manufacturers are facing mounting pressures to reduce their energy consumption and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.
