The Sensor People from Leuze present the new ROD 100 series, rounding off their laser scanner portfolio with LiDAR technology. The switching sensors reliably detect one or more objects. They can also be used for collision protection on automated guided vehicle systems (AGVs). They thus complement the ROD 300 laser scanner series’ measuring devices, designed for efficient contour measurement, and the ROD 500 series for exact AGV navigation.
