Measure hydrogen and oxygen produced by the microalgae in real time

A HPR-20 R&D with an all-metal variable leak valve inlet system was recently installed at the Fraunhofer Institute for Interfacial Engineering and Biotechnology (IGB) in Stuttgart. In a research project within the Group of Algae Biotechnology Development, hydrogen is produced using the microalgae C. reinhardtii. The HPR-20 R&D is used to measure hydrogen and oxygen produced by the microalgae in real time. Read more
